The HySP (Hyper Sensitive Photonics) Consortium was established to meet the need for digital cameras that can produce a high quality image in low-light conditions. Low-light is defined as the lighting existing over a landscape under a quarter moon or less. Currently there is a global investment momentum in this field. The Consortium members are interested in positioning themselves as world leaders in this field.
